Dengan segala hormatnya, saya Prof. Dr. Ruzian Binti Markom dari Fakulti Undang-undang Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) mewakili pasukan penyelidikan ingin menjemput YBrs. Tuan untuk menghadiri Bengkel Perbincangan Meja Bulat Geran Penyelidikan UKM (GUP-2023-024) yang bertajuk ‘Pembinaan Rangka Kerja Komprehensif dan Kawal Selia Aplikasi Teknologi Kewangan Islam’.
Bengkel ini adalah merupakan sebahagian daripada projek penyelidikan ini. Penyelidikan ini bertujuan untuk membangunkan sebuah rangka kerja undang-undang yang komprehensif, garis panduan yang jelas dan mekanisme kawal selia yang berkesan bagi aplikasi teknologi kewangan Islam di Malaysia, sejajar dengan keperluan industri dan undang-undang. Tujuan bengkel Perbincangan Meja Bulat (RTD) ini diadakan sebagai platform perbincangan bersama para pakar dan pengamal industri bagi membincangkan dapatan awal penyelidikan serta mendapatkan pandangan dan maklum balas berkenaan cadangan rangka kerja undang-undang dan kawal selia teknologi kewangan Islam di Malaysia.
Sehubungan dengan itu, sukacita kami ingin menjemput YBrs. Tuan untuk menyertai Bengkel Perbincangan Meja Bulat (RTD) kami yang akan diadakan pada ketetapan berikut:
